Immerse yourself in a unique yoga experience surrounded by the sunflower fields of Pine Knoll Farm, located just minutes outside of Hammond, Louisiana. Yoga in the Sunflowers is the perfect way to connect with nature, relax your mind and body, and support land conservation in a serene and unforgettable setting.

This gentle Vinyasa (or “flow”) class, led by Land Trust board member and yoga instructor Brenna Barzenick, is suitable for all levels. Let’s gather together and breathe freely and deeply in the beauty of Louisiana’s great outdoors!
