Set beneath a wide Northshore sky, this cozy, fire-lit evening invites you to picnic under the stars, toast s’mores, sip hot chocolate, and learn how to identify constellations with expert astronomers. Telescopes will reveal Jupiter, the Horsehead Nebula, and the brilliance of the night sky invisible to the naked eye.
Hosted at Pine Knoll Farm—a working horse farm and protected conservation easement—this event also explores how light pollution impacts wildlife and why dark skies matter.
Bring a blanket, your sense of wonder, and your favorite picnic snacks! Complimentary s’mores and telescopes. We’ll have hot chocolate for purchase .
